Law firm Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has completed a refurbishment of its Leeds office.

WBD’s 110-strong Leeds team is based on the sixth floor of No.1 Whitehall Riverside, Leeds, which has a floorplate of about 17,000 sq ft.

It has now moved back into the renovated space, which includes collaborative workspaces, larger break out areas as well as improved facilities and technology-enabled rooms.

The revamped office space aims to promote agile working and support WBD’s hybrid working model, which enables people to choose where they want to work.

Works also included significant BREEAM Sustainability Assessment Methods as well as updates to lighting and air conditioning in line with WBD’s carbon reduction targets.

Existing furniture was recycled and re-used where possible, with all other materials and new furniture specified from accredited sustainable suppliers.
