Ocee International acquires Southern Broadstock Ltd.

Ocee International Ltd are delighted to announce the acquisition of the assets of Southern Broadstock Ltd.

Ocee International Ltd is the investment company owned by Alistair Goug, Group CEO, together with minority equity partner, BGF (Business Growth Fund), one of the most active growth capital investment companies in the UK. Ocee International is the parent company of Ocee & Four Design and Race Furniture Ltd.

The acquisition of Southerns Broadstock Ltd will further expand Ocee International’s presence within the UK contract furniture market, as part of its organic and acquisitive growth strategy.
