GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Office furniture giant Steelcase has acquired Halcon, a Minnesota-based designer and manufacturer of tailored wood furniture for the workplace, for $127.5 million.
Steelcase says acquisition will complement its current portfolio of wood products.
