Green Standards, a specialized environmental firm that works with corporations and government organizations to redistribute surplus office furniture, equipment and supplies, is working to make a difference.
The chief executive of an office furniture designer and manufacturer, which converted into an Employee Ownership Trust in December, has hailed a year in which turnover and profits rose, as it looks to further expand its presence.
For the year ended 31 July 2022, turnover at Bisley increased by 15.9 per cent from £67.4m to £78.1m.
Operating profits rose to £2.8m compared to £300,000 in 2021, which the business said was as a result of “continued focus on margins and further drives to reduce overheads”.
