Nowyl Styl Acquires Majencia

The French Commercial Court delivered its judgement and accepted the offer from Nowy Styl Group for the takeover of Majencia SA. Majencia said “We are pleased with this decision which will allow Majencia to integrate a strong group, a European leader, which has much to offer us to regain a position of leader in France. A new adventure begins!”
